摘 要:电解车间的厂房通风带走热量约为铝电解槽总散热量的2/3,对电解槽热平衡和电解车间环境质量影响较大。本文简要介绍了350 kA电解系列厂房通风技改项目及其改造成果,证明合理的厂房通风和灵活的上下通风比例可显著改善电解槽热平衡,有助于侧部炉帮生长,减小槽壳侧部散热压力,进而改善电解槽红炉帮状况。改造成果将红炉帮槽台数减少76%,红炉帮点数减少92%,有效降低了电解系列的漏炉风险,可为国内其它铝厂普遍存在的红炉帮问题提供借鉴思路。The heat taken away by ventilation in electrolytic workshop is about 2/3 of the total heat dissipated by aluminum electrolytic cell, which has great influence on the heat balance of electrolytic cell and the environmental quality of electrolytic workshop. This paper briefly introduces the ventilation technical transformation project of 350 kA electrolytic series workshop and its transformation results. It is proved that reasonable workshop ventilation and flexible upper and lower ventilation ratio can significantly improve the heat balance of electrolytic cell, contribute to the growth of the side wall,reduce the heat dissipation pressure of the side of the tank shell,and then improve the condition of the red wall of electrolytic cell. The number of hot furnace groove is reduced by 76% and the number of hot furnace groove points is reduced by 92%,which effectively reduces the risk of leakage furnace of electrolytic series. It can provide reference ideas for other native smelters about these problems.
