摘　　要：本文主要介绍了黄河流域河南段渔业基本情况,河南省沿黄渔业发展中存在的种质资源退化、渔业养殖与湿地保护矛盾等问题,提出了以绿色发展理念,做好渔业资源保护、发展好现代渔业以及协调渔业与环境共同发展的方向。This paper introduces the basic situation of fishery in the Henan section of the Yellow River Basin.Aiming at solving the problems of degeneration of germplasm resources, the contradiction between fishery aquaculture and wetland protection in the development of fishery along the Yellow River in Henan Province, the concept of green development was put forward. And a good job should be done to protect the ecological protection of fishery resources along the Yellow River, and to promote the coordinated and common development of modern fisheries.
