规范化中医治疗方案治疗蝮蛇咬伤合并肝肾功能损害的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究规范化中医治疗方案治疗蝮蛇咬伤合并肝肾功能损害的效果。方法:选取我院2020年6月—2021年9月收治的蝮蛇咬伤合并肝肾功能损害伤者130例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(65例)和研究组(65例)。对照组予以常规西医治疗方案,研究组在对照组的基础上予以规范化中医治疗方案。观察治疗前、治疗后1周两组伤者全身症状积分及治疗愈显率、伤肢的肿痛程度、症状消退时间、炎症水平、肝肾功能。结果:治疗后两组患者全身症状积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗愈显率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者疼痛程度及肿胀程度均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组肿痛症状消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者TNF-α、CRP、IL-1均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者TBil、ALT、Cr、BUN均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:规范化中医治疗方案应用于蝮蛇咬伤合并肝肾功能损害伤者,可改善全身症状,促进伤肢肿痛消退,缓解炎症反应,利于肝肾功能恢复。Objective:To study the effect of standardized traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment regimen on viper bite combined with liver and kidney damage.Methods:A selection of 130 cases of viper bite combined with liver and kidney damage who were admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to September 2021 were divided into the control group(65 cases)and the study group(65 cases)according to the random number table.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment plan,and the study group was given a standardized TCM treatment plan on the basis of the control group.The systemic symptom scores and recovery rate of the injured limbs,the degree of swelling and pain of the injured limbs,the time for swelling and pain subsiding,the level of inflammation,and the liver and kidney functions of the two groups were observed before and 1 week after the treatment.Results:After treatment,the systemic symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and those of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment recovery rate of the study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain degree and swelling degree of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and those of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The time of swelling and pain subsiding in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,CRP and IL-1 of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and those of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TBil,ALT,Cr,and BUN of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and those of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized TCM treatment plan is applied to the injured by viper bite and liver and kidney damage,which can improve the systemic symptoms,promote the swelling and pain of the injured limbs,relieve the inflammation,and help the recovery of liver a
