摘 要:在喷油性能试验中,喷油器总成上的进油横腔分为无进油滤芯和有进油滤芯2种。为了分析不同进油横腔对喷油器性能的影响,选取无进油滤芯和有进油滤芯的横腔安装在同一喷油器总成上,进行不同轨压下的喷油性能测试。测试结果结合计算流体动力学(CFD)进行流动仿真分析,发现进油横腔对共轨喷油器喷油量及其均方差有一定的影响,对喷油持续期影响较小,合理的进油横腔对控制喷油量及其均方差有重要意义。In the fuel injection performance test,the oil inlet cross cavity on the fuel injector assembly is divided into two types:One with oil inlet filter element and the other with no oil inlet filter element.In order to analyze the influence of different oil inlet cross cavities on the injector performance,the cross cavities without oil inlet filter and with oil inlet filter element were installed on the same injector assembly,and the injection performance under different rail pressures was tested.Combined with the CFD flow simulation analysis,it is concluded that the oil inlet cross cavity has a certain influence on the fuel injection volume and mean square deviation of the hot rail injector,but has little influence on the fuel injection duration.A reasonable oil inlet cross cavity is of great significance to control the fuel injection volume and mean square deviation.
