摘  要:试验从鲫鱼肠道中分离筛选得到1株具有抑菌活性的菌株YJ4,菌株YJ4发酵液对嗜水气单胞菌、哈维氏弧菌、溶藻弧菌、副溶血弧菌、维氏气单胞菌均具有较强抑菌作用,分析其形态特征、生理生化特征、16S rDNA序列以及系统发育进化。结果显示:菌株YJ4与枯草芽孢杆菌的同源性最高达99%,鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌;性质研究发现,枯草芽孢杆菌YJ4菌液具有耐酸、耐盐、耐高温特性,对鱼体无毒害作用。研究表明,试验分离筛选得到的枯草芽孢杆菌YJ4对水产常见病原菌有抑制效果,耐受性能强,适用于添加至水产饲料制备颗粒料,可作为水产微生态制剂使用。A strain YJ4 with antibacterial activity was isolated and screened from the intestine of crucian carp, its fermentation broth has strong bacteriostatic effect on Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio harveii, Vibrio alginolyticus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Aeromonas verge. Morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics,16 S r DNA sequence and phylogeny and phylogenetic evolution were analyzed. The results showed that strain YJ4 had99% homology with Bacillus subtilis, which was identified as Bacillus subtilis. The property study found that Bacillus subtilis YJ4 bacteria liquid was resistant to acid, salt and high temperature, had no toxic effect on fish. The experiment indicates that Bacillus subtilis YJ4 isolated has inhibitory effect on common aquatic pathogens, which has strong tolerance.It is suitable for adding to aquatic feed to prepare pellets and can be used as aquatic microecological preparations.
