摘  要:平衡状态的肠道微生物菌群有助于动物健康。微生物菌群易受到日粮、宿主、环境和微生物代谢产物(如短链脂肪酸)的影响,健康菌群可以拮抗条件致病菌的定植。在条件致病菌高攻毒剂量下,病原菌可以利用毒性因子触发肠道炎症,增加宿主肠道内氧气、硝酸盐、连四硫酸盐和乳酸的利用率,促进病原菌增殖。文章通过综述沙门氏菌入侵的机制,了解炎症与肠道菌群失调的关系,为畜牧养殖管理、建立动物的健康养殖提供参考。A balanced gut microbiota contributes to animal’s health. Gut microbiota is governed by diets, host and microbiota-derived metabolites(such as short-chain fatty acids), and the healthy microflora can antagonize the colonization of conditioned pathogens. Under the high challenge dose of opportunistic pathogens, pathogenic bacteria can trigger intestinal inflammation by using toxic factors to increase the utilization rate of oxygen, nitrate, tetrasulfite and lactic acid in the host intestine, and promote the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria. The paper reviews the mechanism of Salmonella invasion to understand the relationship between inflammation and intestinal microflora disorder, to provide reference for animal husbandry management and animal health breeding.
