摘  要:金属夹层结构在稳定性、抗爆抗冲击等方面具有良好的力学性能,在舰船领域有广阔的应用前景。为进一步研究夹层结构在轮印载荷下的应力特征,以特定单层甲板加筋板架结构为原型,设计相应的I型夹层结构作为研究对象,采用数值仿真进行分析,并通过缩比模型试验对计算结果进行验证。在此基础上,进一步研究夹层结构上下铺板厚度、芯层腹板厚度、高度和间距等参数变化对夹层结构强度和刚度的影响,提出相关建议,为舰船甲板夹层结构的设计和模型试验等提供参考。The metal sandwich structure has good mechanical properties in terms of stability, explosion resistance and impact resistance, and has broad application prospects in the field of naval ships. In order to further study the stress characteristics of the sandwich structure under the wheel print load, a specific single-deck reinforced plate frame structure is used as the prototype, and the corresponding I-type sandwich structure is designed as the research object. The numerical simulation is used for analysis, and the results are verified by the scaled model test. On this basis, the influence of the thickness of the upper and lower decking slabs, core web thickness, height and spacing on the strength and stiffness of the sandwich structure is further studied. Relevant suggestions are put forward to provide references for the design and model test of the steel sandwich structure of a ship deck.
