摘 要:豪华邮轮大型剧场内通常要求设置尽量少的支柱形成尽可能大的支撑空间,存在优化需求。目前的支柱布局多依赖工程师的设计经验实现,缺少数学优化方法的支撑。对此,建立一套基于变密度拓扑优化法的支柱布局优化方法,利用单元相对密度确定设计域内各支柱的“重要性”,通过简化算例验证该方法的可行性。针对目标邮轮大型剧场,采用建立的支柱布局优化方法获得初步的支柱优化方案。经结构动响应校核和二次设计修正,获得工程化的支柱布局优化设计方案。通过对比新、旧方案的多项响应发现,优化设计效果较好,表明该方法在实船优化设计中有效且可靠,可供豪华邮轮大型剧场内的支柱布局优化设计参考。As few pillars as possible are required to set up to form larger support space in the theater of cruise ship, which has optimization demands. Nowadays the layout is mostly dependent on the design experience of engineers, with lack of mathematical optimization method. A layout optimization methodology based on the variable density method is proposed, which determines the importance of every pillar by the relative density of element, and its feasibility is verified by a simple example. For the large theater of cruise ship, a preliminary pillar optimization scheme is get by the layout optimization method. Through the structural dynamic response check and secondary design revision, the engineering optimization design scheme of pillar layout is obtained. By comparing the responses of the new and old schemes, it is found that the effect of the optimal design is good,which shows that the method is effective and reliable in the optimal design of the actual ship, and can be used as a reference for the optimal design of the pillar layout in the large theater of the cruise ship.
