摘 要:针对某型船用主机的噪声特点,设计排气消声器的几种结构方案。对消声器内采用的多孔吸声材料的复特性进行试验测量,基于测量数据对方案进行有限元仿真计算,得到各自的传递损失,最终确定优化方案。按规范的要求对消声器的声学性能进行试验测量,并将试验结果与理论计算结果相对比,验证该优化方案的合理性。According to the noise characteristics of a marine propulsion engine, several design plans of exhaust silencers are proposed. The complex characters for the porous material used in the silencers are measured.Through the finite element simulation based on the measured data, transmission losses of each plan are obtained,and the optimal design is selected. The acoustic performance of the silencer is measured according to the requirements of the specification, and the test results are compared with the theoretical results to verify the rationality of the optimization scheme.
