摘 要:浮选流程的水平配置相较于阶梯配置流程简化,能耗降低,技术经济优势显著.充气自吸浆浮选机是实现充气式浮选机水平配置的核心装备.充气自吸浆浮选机放大过程中,为满足吸浆要求,能耗越来越高,浮选动力学性能恶化,无法实现大型浮选流程的水平配置.本文提出了浮选机叶轮中置浅槽化和浮选机吸浆量、矿浆循环量和能耗匹配的充气自吸浆浮选机放大思想.提出中、低比转速上叶片吸浆和高比转速下叶片循环矿浆的大型充气自吸浆浮选机叶轮设计方法.结合计算流体力学(CFD)仿真技术,开发了大型充气自吸浆浮选机,预测了吸浆量、循环量、气液分散特性等动力学性能参数.在某铜硫矿山实现了容积为160 m^(3)的大型充气自吸浆浮选机首台套工程应用,实现矿浆自吸,控制了能耗,验证了大型充气自吸浆浮选机放大方法和设计方法,解决了大型浮选流程无法实现水平配置的瓶颈问题.Compared with the stepped layout,the flat layout of the flotation process simplifies the process and reduces the energy consumption.It is demonstrated that it has significant technical and economic advantages.The air forced self pumping flotation cell is the core equipment of the flat layout for the air forced flotation process.During the scale-up of the air forced self pumping flotation cell,in order to meet the requirements of slurry absorption,the energy consumption is getting higher and higher,and the flotation dynamics performance is deteriorated.It is difficult to realize the flat layout of the large-scale flotation process.This paper puts forward the scale-up perspectives of shallow slot flotation with the impeller in the middle of the flotation cell and the synergy of the suction capacity,the pulp circulation capacity and the energy consumption.The impeller design method of large-scale air forced self pumping flotation cell is proposed that top blades is designed for feeding and midding suction with the feature of the middle or low specific speed impeller and the bottom blades is designed for pulp circulation in the cells with the feature of high specific speed impeller and blade circulating pulp at high specific speed.Combined with the aided design method of CFD simulation technology,a large-scale air forced self pumping flotation cell was developed,and the dynamic performance parameters such as slurry suction,circulation volume,and gas-liquid dispersion characteristics were predicted.In a copper-sulfur mine,the first project application of a 160 m^(3)large-scale air forced self pumping flotation cell was realized,the slurry self-pumping was realized,the energy consumption was controlled well,the scale-up method and design method of the large-scale air forced self pumping flotation cell were verified.The bottleneck problem is solved that the large-scale flotation process cannot achieve the flat layout.This study will promote the application and development of the flat layout technology for large flotatio
