摘 要:实现磨矿产物粒度分布精准预测是调节和优化磨矿过程的重要手段之一.本文采用JK落重试验法、响应面法和总体平衡动力学相结合的方法,进行最优磨矿条件下的磨矿产物粒度分布预测研究.结果表明:粒度分布特性回归方程(DoseResp方程)很好地描述了JK落重试验中不同比破碎能下的矿石冲击破碎产物粒度分布;应用响应面法获得了最优磨矿条件参数.在最优磨矿条件下,基于JK落重试验结果和Matlab编程技术,求解出了磨矿破碎下的破裂函数与选择函数,建立了其磨矿总体平衡动力学模型,并通过批次磨矿试验验证了模型的可靠性与适用性.Accurate prediction of particle size distribution of grinding products is one of the important means to adjust and optimize grinding process.In the paper,the prediction of particle size distribution of grinding products under optimum grinding conditions was studied by combining JK drop weight test method,response surface method and population balance model.The results show that the particle size distribution of impact crushing products is well described by the DoseResp equation under different specific crushing energies in JK drop weight test and the optimal grinding condition parameters are obtained by response surface method.Based on the results of JK drop weight test and Matlab programming technique,the fracture function and selection function are solved efficiently and the population balance model is established under the optimal grinding conditions.The reliability and applicability of the model are verified by batch grinding tests.
