摘 要:查明了国外某铜金锌矿的矿物组成、嵌布粒度、赋存状态及单体解离度等工艺矿物学特性,开展“粗磨快速浮铜金—铜金锌混浮—细磨铜金锌分离”新工艺研究.结果表明:原矿中铜、金、锌品位分别为2.13%,1.52 g/t,2.90%;黄铁矿矿物量高达47%,黄铜矿、闪锌矿与黄铁矿之间紧密连生,连生界面复杂,难以有效解离;金矿物嵌布粒度粗细不均,部分粒度小于5μm,部分粗粒金矿物表面被氧化铁覆膜,可浮性降低,容易损失至尾矿中.细磨是实现铜金锌有效分离的关键.采用新型的浮选捕收剂,实现了铜金矿物的强化回收,最终获得Cu品位为21.07%、回收率为84.47%,Au品位为6.79 g/t、回收率为38.16%的总铜精矿;Zn品位为50.79%、回收率为62.87%的锌精矿.Mineral composition,disseminated grain size features,occurrence state and monomer dissociation degree for a foreign copper gold zinc polymetallic ore were detected,and a new process of“fast flotation gold&copper at coarse grinding-bulk flotation of copper&gold&zinc-separation of copper&gold&zinc at fine grinding”was studied.The results show that the grades of copper,gold and zinc in the raw ore are 2.13%,1.52 g/t and 2.90%respectively.The amount of pyrite minerals is as high as 47%.Chalcopyrite,sphalerite and pyrite are closely connected,and the continuous interface is complex,which is difficult to dissociate effectively.Disseminated particle size of gold ore is uneven,some particle sizes are less than 5μm,and the surface of some coarse-grained gold minerals is coated with iron oxide,which reduces the floatability and is easy to be lost to the tailings.Fine grinding is the key to separate copper,gold and zinc minerals effectively.New flotation collectors were adopted to intensive recovery of copper and gold minerals.Finally,a total copper concentrate with Cu grade of 21.07%at recovery of 84.47%,Au grade of 6.79 g/t at recovery of 38.16%was obtained,and the zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 50.79%at recovery of 62.87%was obtained.
