摘　　要：2020年中国对外直接投资流量1537.1亿美元,规模首次跃居全球第一;对外承包工程的新签合同额和完成营业额首次出现双降;对外劳务合作业务、对外投资合作业务在疫情压力下面临多重挑战,深耕“一带一路”、融合发展数字经济和绿色经济、把握“双循环”发展新格局成为后疫情时代中国境内企业开展对外投资、对外合作等业务的主要方向。In 2020, China’s foreign direct investment(FDI) flow reached 153.7 billion US dollars, ranking first in the world for the first time. The amount of the new contract and the turnover of foreign contracted projects dropped at the same time for the first time. Foreign labor cooperation business shrank seriously. China’s foreign investment cooperation is facing the external environment deterioration under the epidemic situation. Therefore,deeply building the Belt and Road, integrating the development of digital economy and green economy, and grasping the new pattern of "double cycle" development are the main directions for Chinese enterprises to carry out foreign investment cooperation business in the post epidemic era.
