数字经济背景下企业商业模式创新的影响因素与对策研究

摘　　要：数字经济已经成为了企业未来发展的重要方向,在此背景下企业商业模式需要做出相应的调整,因此需要以企业商业模式创新为抓手,探究数字经济背景下其影响因素和对策建议。企业商业模式创新受到人力资源和组织结构等企业内部因素、技术创新和多元化市场需求等企业外部因素、行业发展和政府政策等宏观因素的影响,为了能够实现商业模式创新企业需要将柔性基因刻画到企业内部建设中、将共同体思维引入价值创造之中以及关注国家政策和参与行业规则制定等。The digital economy has become an important direction for the future development of enterprises.In this context, the business model of the enterprise needs to be adjusted accordingly. Therefore, it is necessary to take the innovation of the business model of the enterprise as the starting point to explore the influencing factors and countermeasures under the background of the digital economy. Enterprise business model innovation is affected by internal factors such as human resources and organizational structure, external factors such as technological innovation and diversified market demand, and macro factors such as industry development and government policies. In order to achieve business model innovation, enterprises need to describe flexible genes. To the internal construction of enterprises, to introduce community thinking into value creation, and to pay attention to national policies and participate in the formulation of industry rules.
