摘　　要：大骨节病(KBD)是一种地方性、慢性、多发性骨关节病,可累及全身多个关节,致残率较高。目前针对成人KBD踝关节病变的相关研究较少,并且少见有系统的报道。本文查阅文献并结合工作实践,从KBD踝关节炎的临床表现、影像学研究、生化研究及治疗方面进行综述,为KBD踝关节炎研究提供较为系统的依据。Kashin-Beck disease is an endemic,chronic and multiple osteoarthropathy,which can involve multiple joints of the whole body,and the disability rate is very high.At present,there are few relevant studies on ankle lesions of adult Kashin-Beck disease,and there are few systematic reports.This paper reviews the clinical manifestations,imaging research,biochemical research and treatment of Kashin-Beck disease ankle arthritis,so as to provide a more systematic basis for the study of Kashin-Beck disease ankle arthritis.
