摘  要:断热稀土涂层材料是通过降低透过玻璃入射到站房内的热辐射能量来实现隔热。在分析断热稀土涂层隔热原理的基础上,以某车站建筑为例,仿真分析了断热稀土涂层在该站工程应用的节能性能。结果显示,利用断热稀土涂层材料处理过的玻璃幕墙等构件,可使其在保持光学通透性的同时,有效阻隔外部热能以红外线形式透射到建筑物内部,可以适当降低站房空调制冷的电量消耗。Rare-earth thermal insulation coating materials are designed to achieve thermal insulation by reducing the amount of thermal radiation that enters the station room through the glass.Based on the analysis of heat insulation principle of heat insulating rare earth coatings,the energy-saving performance of heat-insulating rare earth coatings in a station building is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the glass curtain wall and other components treated with heat-insulating rare earth coatings can keep the optical permeability,and at the same time effectively block the external heat energy from transmitting to the inside of the building in the form of infrared rays,which can appropriately reduce the power consumption of air conditioning and refrigeration in the station building.
