摘 要:研究加捻工艺和浸胶工艺对芳纶帘线性能的影响。结果表明:在一定捻度范围内,芳纶帘线的断裂强力随捻度的增大而降低,断裂伸长率随捻度的增大而提高;浸胶张力和浸胶温度对浸胶芳纶帘线的断裂强力没有明显影响;适当降低浸胶温度可提高浸胶芳纶帘线的粘合强度。The effects of twisting process and dipping process on the properties of aramid cord were studied.The results showed that,within a certain twist range,the breaking force of aramid cord decreased with the increase of twist,and the elongation at break increased with the increase of twist.The dipping tension and dipping temperature had little effect on the breaking force of the dipped aramid cord.Appropriately lowering the dipping temperature could improve the adhesive strength of the dipped aramid cord.
