摘 要:随着肉牛养殖业的规模不断扩大,肉牛短期育肥养殖将被越来越多的农村养殖户采用,它的优点是养殖成本低、养殖见效快,且肉质符合大多数市场的标准。当前肉牛短期饲养技术主要包括牛棚建设与牛棚温度控制、优良牛种的选择、肉牛饲养防病防害工作、分群精心饲养、出栏饲养等。为了提升肉牛短期育肥的效益,可以选取更适合当地生长的肉牛品种,注重前期、中期和后期的肉牛饲料配比,并合理调节牛棚温度,确保温度在合理区间。With the continuous expansion of beef cattle breeding industry, short-term fattening of beef cattle will be adopted by more and more rural farmers. It has the advantages of low breeding cost, quick breeding effect, and meat quality that meets the standards of most markets. The current short-term breeding techniques for beef cattle mainly include cowshed construction and cowshed temperature control, selection of high-quality cattle breeds, disease prevention and damage prevention for beef cattle, careful grouping, and slaughtering. In order to improve the efficiency of short-term fattening of beef cattle, we can select beef cattle breeds that are more suitable for local growth, focus on the ratio of beef cattle feed in the early, middle and late stages, and reasonably adjust the temperature of the cowshed to ensure that the temperature is within a reasonable range.
