摘　　要：带式输送机的安全制动是输送机特别是大倾角下运输送机可靠运行的重要前提,为实现制动器对输送机的可靠制动,对制动器液压系统中影响快速施闸的因素进行分析,利用控制变量法对其各因素进行深入分析研究并制定相应措施缩短空行程时间,确保输送机安全制动。The safe braking of belt conveyor is an important premise for the conveyor reliable operation,especially in the large inclination angle. In order to realize the reliable braking of the brake on the conveyor, the factors affecting the quick brake application of brake hydraulic system were analyzed.The control variable method was used to analyze and study the factors and make corresponding measures to shorten the time of empty stroke, ensure the safety of the conveyor braking.
