摘  要:主轴是单绳双筒提升机最关键的承力传扭件,其强度设计对提升设备的安全有直接的影响。钢丝绳拉力是主轴受力的主要来源,根据单绳双筒提升机的工作原理及实际运行情况的复杂性,给出了钢丝绳拉力在主轴上的受力分配的计算方法,为后期精确快速的设计计算提供依据。The main shaft is the most critical force-bearing and torsion-transmitting part of the singlerope double-drum hoist, its strength design has a direct impact on the safety of the hoisting equipment.The wire rope tension is the main source of the main shaft force. According to the working principle and the complexity of the actual operation of the single-rope double-drum hoist, the calculation method of the force distribution of the wire rope tension on the main shaft was given, which provides the basis for the precise and rapid design and calculation for the later stage.
