摘 要:异形吊钩结构复杂、产品质量和力学性能要求高。以某40CrNi2Si2MoVA钢异形吊钩为研究对象,通过热模拟试验获得40CrNi2Si2MoVA钢不同变形速率下的应力-应变曲线作为锤锻成形边界条件;基于QForm建立异形吊钩锤锻成形仿真模型,对不同锤锻下的温度分布、打击能量进行仿真分析。试验及仿真结果表明:在不同变形速率、温度下,40CrNi2Si2MoVA钢应力-应变曲线变化也不同;异形吊钩在3次锤锻工艺下成形,锤锻成形工件温度变化范围为820~1 250℃;不同锤锻成形工艺获得的成形件形状及最高温度分布区域不同,锤锻打击能量变化趋势及最大打击能量也不同。该研究为异形吊钩锤锻成形工艺优化及产品性能和质量提升等方面提供了理论基础。The special shaped hook has complex structure and high requirements for product quality and mechanical properties. A 40CrNi2Si2MoVA steel special-shaped hook has been taken as the research object, the stress-strain curves of 40CrNi2Si2MoVA steel under different deformation rates have been obtained through thermal simulation test as the boundary conditions of hammer forging;the hammer forging simulation model of special-shaped hook has been established based on QForm, and the temperature distribution and strike energy under different hammer forging have been simulated and analyzed. The test and simulation results show that the stress-strain curves of 40CrNi2Si2MoVA steel change differently at different deformation rates and temperatures. The special-shaped hook is formed by three times hammer forging process, and the temperature variation range of hammer forging workpiece is 820-1 250 ℃. Different hammer forging processes have different shapes and maximum temperature distribution areas, and the variation trend and maximum strike energy of hammer forging are also different.The research provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of hammer forging process and the improvement of product performance and quality of the special-shaped hook.
