摘 要:为了提高罐笼的提升效率和安全性,要求罐笼内安装可靠、高效的阻车器能够与操车机械联动,以求高效、安全的生产。现在许多矿山使用的各种形式阻车器能满足静态阻车要求,但是操车效率不高,有的罐内阻车器不能防止操车时矿车穿罐,部分罐内阻车器还需要人工参与操控,导致副井提升效率低,矿工劳动强度大,还存在安全风险。为适应不同副井工况,实现副井罐笼提升自动化、机械化,提高副井生产效率和安全,设计了罐内同、异侧进出车防穿罐阻车器。In order to improve the lifting efficiency and safety of the cage, it is required to install a reliable and efficient wagon stopper in the cage, which can be linked with the wagon operating machinery, so as to achieve efficient and safe production. At present, various forms of wagon stoppers used in many mines can meet the requirement of the static wagon stopper, but with low wagon operation efficiency. Some wagon stoppers in the cage cannot prevent the wagon from passing through the cage during operation. Some wagon stoppers in the cage are manually operated, resulting in low hoisting efficiency, high labor intensity and potential safety risk. In order to adapt to different working conditions of service shaft, realize the automation and mechanization of service shaft cage hoisting, and improve the production efficiency and safety of service shaft, an anti-pass-through wagon stopper for entering and leaving the cage on the same and different sides was designed.
