摘 要:针对液压支架掩护梁平衡耳座受力集中、结构复杂、焊接工艺性差的问题,介绍了一种新型平衡耳座结构。通过对坡口及结构进行优化设计,使耳座焊接工艺性得到较大提高,其结构复杂性、板材坡口数量、组对工序和生产制造成本大大降低,对于减少企业投资和提高产品竞争力有着重要意义。同时利用ANSYS软件对新、旧2种耳座结构进行有限元仿真分析,通过对比相同工况条件下耳座的应力分布,验证了新型平衡耳座结构的可靠性。Aiming at the problems that the shield beam balance ear seat of hydraulic support has stress concentration, complex structure, and poor welding technology, a new balance ear seat structure was introduced. Through the groove and structure optimization design, improved obviously the ear seat welding technology, the structure complexity, the plate groove number, group of process and manufacturing cost was greatly reduced. It is of great significance to reduce enterprise investment and improve product competitiveness. At the same time, ANSYS software was used to carry out finite element comparison analysis of the new and the old two kinds of ear seat structures. By comparing the stress distribution of the ear seat under the same working conditions, the reliability of the new balanced ear seat structure was verified.
