摘 要:现有的惯性试验台只能针对道路车辆用干式制动器的性能进行检验。由于湿式制动器特殊的结构形式和使用环境,为全面检验湿式制动器的性能,结合传统的惯性试验台,通过配套专用液压泵站,可从密封性能、制动活塞响应特性、油液温升三方面进行性能试验。同时,为了更好地模拟制动器实际使用工况,试验台配备了加载油缸进行径向加载,加载力的大小可调。经试验验证,该试验台能满足实际制动器测试需求,对全面检测湿式制动器的安全性能具有重要作用。The existing inertia test bench can only test the performance of dry brakes for road vehicles.Due to the special structural form and service environment of wet brake, in order to comprehensively test the performance of wet brake, combined with the traditional inertia test bench and equipped with special hydraulic pump station, the performance test can be carried out from three aspects of sealing performance, brake piston response characteristics and oil temperature rise. At the same time, in order to better simulate the actual working conditions of the brake, the test bench was equipped with a loading cylinder for radial loading, and the loading force is adjustable. The test results show that the test bench can meet the actual brake test requirements and plays an important role in comprehensively testing the safety performance of wet brake.
