摘 要:矿用自卸车载重量大、作业状况复杂,对发动机转矩、转速有非常高的要求。传动系统是发动机与驱动轮系的中间媒介,将发动机的转矩、转速调节为驱动轮系所需的大小,是矿用自卸车的关键部件。以矿用自卸车的金属带无级变速(CVT)系统为研究对象,介绍了无级变速系统的原理、数学建模和液压控制系统的建模,最后基于MATLAB仿真软件对该系统的性能进行了阶跃信号下的稳定性仿真试验。The mining dump truck has large load capacity and complex operation conditions, which has very high requirements for the engine torque and speed. The transmission system is the intermediate medium between the engine and the driving gear train, adjusts the engine torque and speed to the size required by the driving gear train, which is the key component of the mining dump truck. Taking the metal belt continuously variable transmission(CVT) system of mining dump truck as the research object, introduced the principle, mathematical modeling of CVT system and modeling of hydraulic control system. Finally, based on MATLAB simulation software, the stability simulation test under step signal was carried out on the performance of this system.
