摘　　要：文章主要介绍了铝带六辊冷轧机弯辊装置的结构特点,对弯辊装置中的重要零部件在制造过程中需要注意的质量控制点进行了详细阐述,并对现有结构存在的问题及优化方向提出了改进意见。This paper mainly introduces the structural characteristics of roll bending device of six-high aluminum strip cold rolling mill,expounds the quality control points that should be paid attention to in the manufacturing process of the important parts of the roll bending device,and puts forward the improvement suggestions on the existing structural problems and optimization direction.
