维生素AD联合吹氧疗法、亲水性敷料治疗新生儿皮肤破损的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨维生素AD联合吹氧疗法、亲水性敷料治疗新生儿皮肤破损的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年10月本院新生儿科收治的94例皮肤破损新生儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组给予吹氧疗法联合亲水性敷料治疗,观察组给予维生素AD联合吹氧疗法、亲水性敷料治疗。比较两组红肿消退、糜烂面愈合、渗液消失和破损完全愈合时间、临床疗效、家属满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组红肿消退、糜烂面愈合、渗液消失和破损完全愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组临床疗效、家属满意度和不良反应分布比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05),且观察组愈显率、家属总满意率均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:维生素AD联合吹氧疗法、亲水性敷料治疗新生儿皮肤破损可有效改善临床症状,加速红肿消退、糜烂面愈合、渗液消失和破损完全愈合,且使用安全、新生儿家属满意度高。Objective:To explore the effects of vitamin AD combined with oxygen blowing and hydrophilic dressing in the treatment of neonatal skin damage.Methods:A total of 94 newborns with skin damage treated in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxygen blowing and hydrophilic dressing,while the observation group was treated with vitamin AD combined with oxygen blowing and hydrophilic dressing.The time of swelling regression,erosive surface healing,exudate disappearance and complete healing of damage,clinical efficacy,family satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of swelling regression,erosive surface healing,exudate disappearance and damage complete healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the clinical efficacy,family satisfaction and adverse reaction distribution between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05),and the healing and effectiveness rate and the total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin AD combined with oxygen blowing and hydrophilic dressing in neonatal skin damage can effectively improve clinical symptoms,accelerate redness and swelling to subside,erosive surface to heal,exudate to disappear and damage to completely heal,and it is safe to use,with high satisfaction of newborns’families.
