摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师对本院人血白蛋白注射液使用的药学干预效果,促进临床合理用药。方法:临床药师整合医院多方资源,制定本院人血白蛋白注射液评价标准以及合理使用流程,形成行政监督和药学干预相结合的药学干预模式。采用回顾性研究方法,选取2021年6月(干预前)及2021年8月(干预后)所有使用人血白蛋白注射液的住院患者病历,分析干预前和干预后人血白蛋白注射液的使用情况。结果:干预后人血白蛋白注射液的使用人数、使用疗程、使用量、药品费用均下降,且个人使用总量区间分布、适应症均趋于合理化,提高了人血白蛋白注射液的使用合理性。结论:临床药师对本院人血白蛋白注射液的药学干预可行且有效。Objective:To study the pharmaceutical intervention effects of clinical pharmacists on the use of human serum albumin injection in our hospital and to promote the rational use of drugs in clinical.Methods:Clinical pharmacists integrated multiple resources of the hospital,formulated the evaluation standard and rational use process of human albumin injection in our hospital,and formed a pharmaceutical intervention mode combining administrative supervision and pharmaceutical intervention.Using the method of retrospective study,the cases of all hospitalized patients who used human albumin injection in June 2021(before the intervention)and August 2021(after the intervention)were selected,to analyze the use of human albumin injection before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the number of users,course of treatment,dosage and drug cost of human albumin injection decreased significantly,and the interval distribution and indications of individual use tended to be rationalized,and the rationality of human albumin injection was significantly improved.Conclusion:The pharmaceutical intervention of clinical pharmacists on human serum albumin injection in our hospital is feasible and effective.
