摘  要:针对PT100铂热电阻具有随温度近似线性的特性,本文以惠斯通非平衡电桥为理论基础,选择电桥最佳的连接方式,设计温度传感器。单片机部分主要是以STC89C51为主处理芯片,通过ADC0808模数转换芯片将温度采集放大电路采集所得的温度信号转换为电压信号,对单点的温度实时检测。该设计利用Proteus仿真平台,进行元件参数的设置,并观察对应结果的变化,验证该温度传感器设计的合理性。For the PT100 platinum RTD has the characteristic of approximately linear with temperature, the temperature sensor is designed based on the theory of Wheatstone unbalanced bridge, and the best connection method of bridge is selected. The microcontroller part is mainly the STC89C51 as the main processing chip, and the ADC0808 analog-to-digital conversion chip converts the temperature signal acquired by the temperature acquisition and amplification circuit into a voltage signal for real-time temperature detection of a single point. The design uses the Proteus simulation platform to set the component parameters, observe the changes in the corresponding results,and verify the rationality of the temperature sensor design.
