摘　　要：智慧楼宇管理系统(Intelligent Building Management System,IBMS)包括综合布线系统、计算机网络系统、电话系统、安防监控系统、一卡通系统、广播告示系统、楼宇自控系统、酒店管理系统、物业管理系统及智慧楼宇管理系统,能够将孤立的楼宇管理系统整合起来,有利于提高楼宇的自动化水平。基于此,笔者重点分析了IBMS的设计过程及系统实现过程中的关键技术。Intelligent Building Management System(IBMS) includes generic cabling system, computer network system, telephone system, security monitoring system, all-in-one card system, broadcast notice system, building automation system, hotel management system, property management system and intelligent building management system. It can integrate isolated building management systems and improve the automation level of buildings. Based on this, the author focuses on the analysis of the design process of IBMS and the key technologies in the process of system implementation.
