康复新液联合鲜芦荟防治鼻咽癌患者放射性皮炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合鲜芦荟外敷对鼻咽癌患者放射性皮炎的防治效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月南昌大学第二附属医院肿瘤科收治的鼻咽癌接受放射治疗患者120名,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组40例,A组应用康复新液联合鲜芦荟涂抹放射区域皮肤,B组仅使用康复新液,C组仅使用鲜芦荟。观察3组患者放射性皮炎首次出现的情况、发生率及急性皮肤损伤分级。结果3组患者在放射治疗过程中均发生放射性皮炎,发生率达100%,且多在放射剂量在30~60 Gy时首次发生。A组有4例患者在放射剂量>60 Gy时才出现放射性皮炎,比B组和C组分别多2例和3例(P<0.05)。A组多为Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级放射性皮炎且无Ⅳ放射性皮炎分级的发生。B组和C组多为Ⅱ级放射性皮炎,且分别出现2例和3例Ⅳ级放射性皮炎。A组患者放射性皮炎皮肤损伤程度明显低于B及C组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合鲜芦荟外敷能减轻鼻咽癌患者放射性皮炎损伤程度,可减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with external application of fresh aloe on radiation dermatitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 120 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who received radiotherapy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into three groups,with 40 patients in each group.Both Kangfuxin liquid and fresh aloe were applied to the irradiated skin in the group A.However,the groups B and C were treated with Kangfuxin liquid and fresh aloe,respectively.The first occurrence and incidence of radiation dermatitis and the classification of acute skin injury were compared among the three groups.Results All of the patients(100%)had radiation dermatitisduring radiotherapy,which mostly occurred for the first time when the radiation dose was 30-60 Gy.When the radiation dose was>60 Gy,4 cases of radiation dermatitis were observed in group A,which had 2 and 3 cases more than group B and group C,respectively(P<0.05).In group A,most patients had grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ radiation dermatitis and no patients had grade Ⅳ radiation dermatitis.In groups B and C,most patients had grade Ⅱ radiation dermatitis,and 2 and 3 patients had grade Ⅳ radiation dermatitis,respectively.The degree of skin damage caused by radiation dermatitis in group A was significantly lower than that in group B or C(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with external application of fresh aloe can reduce the degree of radiation dermatitis and relieve the suffering in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
