护士主导的护理措施在肺癌化疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨以护士主导的护理措施在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法采取随机数字表法将100例肺癌化疗患者分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理模式,试验组在对照组的基础上采用以护士主导的护理措施。比较2组生活质量量表(QLQ-C30)评分、美国东部肿瘤协作组(ECOG)活动状态量表评分和医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)评分。结果与对照组比较,试验组QLQ-C30评分显著提高(P<0.05),ECOG和HAD评分显著降低(均P<0.05)。结论对肺癌化疗患者采用以护士为主导的护理措施,可以提高患者生活质量和化疗耐受性,并改善其焦虑抑郁情绪。Objective To explore the efficacy of nurse-led nursing measures in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer were randomly given routine nursing mode alone(control group,50 cases)or in combination with nurse-led nursing measures(experimental group,50 cases).The scores of quality of Life(QLQ-C30)scale,Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)scale and hospital anxiety and depression(HAD)scale were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the score of QLQ-C30 increased and the scores of ECOG and HAD decreased in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-led nursing measures can improve quality of life and chemotherapy tolerance,and relieve anxiety and depression in patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer.
