国际大背景下东亚经济金融合作的思考

摘　　要：未来,随着美元的无限量发行、欧洲的地缘政治动荡以及全球面临的通胀高企,并有可能引发严重的金融危机,亚洲尤其是东亚国家在货币金融领域的合作亟待加强。In the future,with the unlimited issuance of U.S.dollars,geopolitical turmoil in Europe,and high inflation worldwide,which may lead to a serious financial crisis,cooperationin the monetary and financial fieldamong Asian countries,especially East Asian countries,needs to be strengthened immediately.A feasible plan is:under the framework of the"Chiang Mai Initiative",enhancing the substance of cooperation of currency settlement among all parties,vigorously promoting the regional use of bilateral currency for trade and investment settlement,and greatly increasing the frequency and proportion of the use of local currency in the region.In the longer term,we can consider establishing an Asian currency as a basic accounting unit to actively promote its use in the region,and strive to promote the overall stability of the exchange rate of Asian countries.
