摘  要:通过对轧辊用四列圆柱滚子轴承失效的外观检查分析,发现失效零件为滚动体。在对失效滚动体的硬度、金相和化学成分进行检验,均未发现材料问题。对此我们对滚动体微观几何精度进行检查,并依据检查结果,从滚动轴承运动规律结合轴承承载能力,找出轴承失效原因。针对此问题提出改进建议,提高了轴承的寿命及可靠性。Through the appearance inspection and analysis of the failure of four row cylindrical roller bearing for roller, it is found that the failure part is a rolling element. No material problem was found during the inspection of the hardness, metallography and chemical composition of the failed rolling element. In this regard, we check the micro geometric accuracy of the rolling element, and according to the inspection results, find out the cause of bearing failure from the motion law of the rolling bearing and the bearing capacity. In view of this problem, improvement suggestions are put forward to improve the service life and reliability of the bearing.
