摘  要:从QJ类型四点接触球轴承内圈滚道测量时选用标准件、测量位置、测量表尖受力方向等方面入手,对现有QJ类型四点接触球轴承内圈滚道检测方法进行分析。解决了内圈车工、磨工滚道直径尺寸测量误差问题,保证滚道直径尺寸检测数据一致性,从根本上解决了QJ类型四点接触球轴承内圈滚道测量问题。Starting from the selection of standard parts, measurement position and force direction of measuring meter tip in the measurement of inner race of QJ type four point contact ball bearing, this paper analyzes the existing detection methods of inner race of QJ type four point contact ball bearing. It solves the problem of measurement error of inner race diameter of inner race lathe and grinder, ensures the consistency of detection data of raceway diameter, and fundamentally solves the measurement problem of inner race of QJ type four point contact ball bearing.
