铁路客车轴承外圈疲劳失效分析

摘　　要：本文通过对铁路客车轮对轴承故障拆检发现:轴承外圈承载区滚道一处剥离,承载区外径表面略有变色;内圈滚道及滚子滚动表面存在碾压剥离碎屑而产生的凹坑。经过检测和分析找到了轴承失效的根本原因,并提出了改进建议。Through the disassembly and inspection of the failed wheel set bearing of railway passenger car, it is found that: one part of the raceway in the loading area of bearing outer ring peels off;the outer diameter surface of the bearing area is slightly discolored;and there are pits on the inner race raceway and roller rolling surface caused by peeling debris. The cause of bearing failure is found with the aid of inspection and analysis, and improvement suggestions are put forward.
