摘  要:通过对原有旧制粒机进行改造形成新型混料制粒系统,延长混料时间5.3min,混合料粒级提高5.59%,烧结负压降低0.57kPa,提高风量1.6万m^(3)。生产调整操作方针,采取厚料层慢机速烧结,烧结矿产量提高105 t,返矿率降低1.91%。Through the modification of the old granulator to form a new type of granulating system, the mixing time is prolonged by 5.3 minutes, the size of the mixture is increased by 5.59%, the sintering negative pressure is reduced by 0.57 kPa, and the air volume is increased by 16,000 m^(3). With the aid of a operation policy of production adjustment, the slow machine speed sintering with thick material layer is adopted, and thus the output of sinter is increased by 105t and the rate of return ore is decreased by 1.91%.
