摘  要:风湿性疾病是全身免疫系统相关的、严重威胁患者健康和生存质量的一大类难治性疾病。可用于医治风湿性疾病药物在原有的基础上不断扩大,优缺点良莠不齐。近年来,锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐作为我国自研抗风湿药物,随着国内外对其的基础和临床研究的增多,在一些风湿性疾病中的靶向性疗效及综合性机制获得研究者的广泛关注。本文通过整理锝[^(99)Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐应用于几类不同的风湿性疾病的作用机制及特点、治疗现状和临床联合用药效果,阐明其治疗风湿性疾病的机制、临床疗效及其优势,希望为其用于风湿性疾病的治疗和研究提供有价值的参考。Rheumatic diseases are a kind of refractory diseases related to the whole immune system, which seriously threaten the health and quality of life of patients. Drugs that can be used to treat rheumatic diseases continue to expand on the original basis, with mixed advantages and disadvantages. In recent years, technetium [^(99)Tc] methylene diphosphonate can be used as a self-developed antirheumatic drug in China. With the increase of basic and clinical research at home and abroad, its targeted efficacy and comprehensive mechanism in some rheumatic diseases have been widely concerned by researchers. In this paper, the mechanism, clinical efficacy and advantages of technetium [^(99) Tc] methylene diphosphonate in the treatment of rheumatic diseases were clarified by sorting out the mechanism, characteristics, treatment status and clinical effects of technetium methylene diphosphonate in several kinds of rheumatic diseases, hoping to provide valuable reference for its application in the treatment and research of rheumatic diseases.
