摘 要:起垄机械化是推动农业生产全程机械化的重要环节。为了深入系统地了解我国起垄机械关键技术,文章综述了我国起垄机械的研究现状及其在丘陵山区烟叶生产中的应用现状,重点分析了运用较为广泛的整形式、开沟式和圆盘式起垄机的研究进展,指出了目前丘陵山区烟叶生产存在起垄机械研发投入不足、宜机化条件差、耕层浅导致起垄高度不够等问题,并提出了相关解决对策,同时指出未来起垄机械一机多用、轻量化、智能化的发展趋势,以期为起垄机械研发及其在烟叶生产中的应用提供参考。Ridging mechanization is an important link to promote the whole process mechanization of agricultural production. In order to deeply and systematically understand the key technologies of ridging machinery in China, this paper reviewed the research status of ridging machinery in China and their applications in tobacco production in hilly and mountainous areas, emphatically analyzed the research progress of the widely used integral, ditch and disc ridging machines, and pointed out that there are some problems in tobacco production in hilly and mountainous areas, such as insufficient investment in research and development of ridging machinery, poor conditions for mechanization, and insufficient ridging height due to shallow plough layer, etc., and put forward relevant solutions. At the same time, it pointed out the development trend of ridging machinery in the future, such as one machine with multiple functions, light weight and intelligent, in order to provide references for the research and development of ridging machinery and its application in tobacco production.
