沙棘、芦荟、三七复配物对小鼠免疫力的影响

摘　　要：为了研究沙棘果粉、库拉索芦荟提取物、三七提取物制成的复配物对小鼠免疫力的影响,本文开展了试验,设低、中、高(0.625、1.250、3.750 g/kg BW)3个剂量组和阴性对照组(0 g/kg BW),经口灌胃30 d后,比较小鼠免疫脏器与体重比值、免疫细胞功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞功能和NK细胞活性等的变化。结果表明,与对照组比较,中剂量和高剂量能显著提高小鼠迟发型变态反应能力、NK细胞活性以及抗体生成细胞数(P<0.05),高剂量能显著提高小鼠半数溶血值(P<0.05),说明复配物能够增强小鼠的免疫力。本研究为相关产品的开发提供了功能依据。In order to study the effects of the complex composed of seabuckthorn fruit powder,Aloe vera extract and sanqi extract on immunity of mice,the experiment was conducted in this paper.Low dose group,medium dose group,high dose group(0.625,1.250,3.750 g/kg BW)and a negative control group(0 g/kg BW)were set up to compare the changes of ratio of immune organ to body weight,immunocyte function,humoral immune function,monocyte-macrophage function and NK cell activity,after oral administration with different doses of the samples for consecutive 30 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,both in the medium and high dose groups,delayed allergic reaction ability,NK cell activity and number of antibody-producing cells were significantly improved(P<0.05).In the high dose group,half hemolysis value was significantly promoted(P<0.05).The above results indicated that the complex could enhance immunity of mice.This study provided a functional basis for the development of relating products.
