摘　　要：本文阐述了延安市大豆生产现状,分析了限制延安市大豆产业发展的主要因素,并提出对策,包括加强科技创新、打造本地特色、注重大豆加工技术研发、加大政策扶持力度、加强产学研联合等,以期为促进延安市大豆产业发展提供参考。This paper expounded the status of soybean production in Yan′an City,analyzed the main factors restricting the development of soybean industry in Yan′an City,and proposed countermeasures,including strengthening scientific and technological innovation,creating local characteristics,focusing on research and development of soybean processing technology,increasing policy support,and strengthening industry-university-research cooperation,in order to provide references for promoting the development of soybean industry in Yan′an City.
