摘 要:基于1956—2020年甘肃省黄河流域主要水文站径流量与输沙量数据,分析径流量、输沙量的变化特征以及降水量与径流量、输沙量的关系变化,以兰州水文站为例,运用双累积曲线法和回归分析法,分析水土保持措施的减水减沙效益,希望为黄河流域生态保护和水资源规划提供支撑。研究表明:①甘肃省黄河流域径流量和输沙量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,径流量发生突变的年份是1984年,输沙量发生突变的年份是1971年,表现出一定的前瞻性;②对比计算结果,双累积曲线法的计算结果更加准确,水土保持措施减水效益为49.85%,减沙效益达到77.70%。The paper analyzed the variation characteristics of runoff and sediment discharge and the relationship between precipitation, runoff and sediment discharge based on the runoff and sediment discharge data of main hydrometrical stations in the Yellow River basin in Gansu Province from 1956 to 2020. Taking Lanzhou Hydrometrical Station as an example, it analyzed the runoff and sediment reduction benefits of soil and water conservation measures by using the methods of double cumulative curve and regression analysis, hoping to provide supports for ecological protection and water resources planning in the Yellow River basin. The outcomes show that a) the runoff and sediment discharge of the Yellow River basin in Gansu Province shows the trends of first increasing then decreasing trend. The year of abrupt change of runoff is 1984 and the year of abrupt change in sediment discharge is 1971, showing some foresight and;b) comparing with the calculation results, the double cumulative curve method is more accurate. The runoff reduction benefit of soil and water conservation measures is 49.85% and the benefit of sediment reduction reaches to 77.70%.
