红色资源融入党校干部教育问题及对策建议——以安庆红色资源的党校开发运用为例

摘　　要：红色资源是党员干部“坚定理想信念、加强党性修养的生动教材”,用好红色资源既是贯彻落实习近平总书记重要讲话精神的政治体现,也是新时代党校提高理论教育和党性教育实效、履行党校职责使命的必然要求。安庆在百年党史中具有十分重要的历史地位,是红色资源大市,但在红色资源的开发运用上还存在一些问题和不足,文章为此提出加快红色资源整合、优化红色教研布局、创新多元教学方法、打造红色教研品牌、构建资源融入长效机制等五点对策建议。Red resources are a vivid teaching material for party members and cadres to“firm ideals and beliefs and strengthen party spirit”.Making good use of red resources is not only a political embodiment of implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech,but also a party school in the new era to improve the effectiveness of theoretical education and party spirit education,and perform party school duties.imperative of the mission.Anqing has a very important historical position in the century-old party history and is a big city of red resources.However,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the development and application of red resources.The article proposes to speed up the integration of red resources,optimize the layout of red teaching and research,and innovate and diversify teaching methods,build a red teaching and research brand,and build a long-term mechanism for resource integration.
