摘　　要：人工智能正在深刻影响着图书馆的变革和发展,其在图书馆的应用引发了读者隐私泄露、阅读偏好受限、智能机器人情感识别能力低下、智能机器人逐渐替代图书馆馆员职业等风险。文章通过对隐私权的泄露、算法推荐的缺陷、机器人道德责任的界定、对人类主体性地位的冲击等伦理学问题的分析,提出解决问题的思路是引入负责任创新的理念,从强调科学家和科学共同体的责任、图书馆管理者的责任和保证公众的充分知情三个维度,控制人工智能技术可能带来的风险,推动图书馆健康发展。Artificial intelligence is profoundly affecting the reform and development of libraries.The application of artificial intelligence in the library has put the library under the risk of readers'privacy disclosure,limited reading preferences,and intelligent robots gradually replacing the role of librarians.Through the analysis on ethical issues such as the leakage of privacy,the defects of algorithm recommendation,the definition of moral responsibilities of robots and the impact on human subjectivity,this paper proposes that the idea of solving the problem is to introduce the concept of responsible innovation,which includes three spectra as focusing on the ethical design of artificial intelligence,emphasizing the responsibilities of scientists,the scientific community and librarians and ensuring the full knowledge of the public to control the possible risks of artificial intelligence technology and eventually promote the development of libraries.
