摘　　要：文章以健康信息意识、健康信息知识、健康信息伦理、健康信息能力和健康信息服务等为核心要素,设计基于5R事件管理生命周期的高校图书馆健康信息素养培育与服务模型,运用5R模型构建面向高校师生的健康信息素养CPC培育模式架构,并给出具体内容和实践。大健康融合创新技术,探索VR、AI、区块链等新技术在高校图书馆健康信息素养培育和服务中的应用。Taking health information awareness,health information knowledge,health information ethics,health information ability and health information service as the core elements,this article designs the health information literacy cultivation and service model of university library.Based on 5R event management life cycle,the article uses the 5R model to construct the health information literacy cultivation CPC model framework for university teachers and students,and gives the specific contents and practice.Big health integrates innovative technologies,explores the application and practice of new technologies such as VR,AI,blockchain and other new technologies in the cultivation and service of health information literacy of university libraries.
