摘 要:服务质量评价是优化高校图书馆服务质量的最佳办法。文章运用文献统计分析法总结国内高校图书馆服务质量评价现状,指出其中存在的不足,提出明确评价目的、坚持正确评价原则、加强顶层设计研究、评价活动主客体多元化、服务评价与考核机制相结合、开展评价结果比较分析等策略,探讨了优化高校图书馆服务质量评价模型设计的路径,以期为我国高校图书馆服务质量评价体系及评估标准建设提供参考。The evaluation of service quality of university library is the best way to optimize the service quality of university library.This paper summarizes the current situation of service quality evaluation of university libraries in China by means of literature statistical analysis,and points out the shortcomings of service quality evaluation of university libraries.This paper puts forward some strategies for evaluating service quality of university libraries in the future,such as clarifying the purpose of evaluation,adhering to the correct evaluation principle,strengthening the top-level design research,diversifying the subject and object of evaluation activities,combining service evaluation with evaluation mechanism,and developing comparative analysis of evaluation results.Finally,this paper discusses the design strategy of optimizing the service quality evaluation model of university library,in order to provide reference for the construction of service quality evaluation system and evaluation standard of university library in China.
