摘　　要：西方马克思主义非常重视对资本主义社会现实问题的反思与探讨,形成极具特色的理论风格和学术特质,有一定的合理性和积极意义。但是,西方马克思主义理论深受唯心主义的影响,具有较强的西方中心主义思想,总体呈现空想性特征,表达也具有多元化倾向。基于此,研究中应注意把握好三个问题,即不能沉湎于考据式的“文本解读”,坚决避免“西化”现象,牢固站稳中国立场。只有这样,才能发挥其应有的学术价值和理论价值。Western Marxism attaches great importance to the reflection and discussion on the practical problems of capitalist society,and has formed a distinctive theoretical style and academic characteristics.Although to a certain extent,it is rational and positive,we have to realize that western Marxism has strong western centralism and it is also deeply influenced by idealism and presents the characteristics of fantastism.Moreover,their interpretation of Marxism has the tendency of diversification.Based on that,we should pay attention to the following three principles:a.don't indulge in textual“text interpretation”;b.resolutely avoid the tendency of“westernization”;c.stand on the Chinese position firmly.Only in this way can we give full play to its academic and theoretical value.
