摘　　要：通过对房地产测量中房屋面积测量工作及其相关进行阐述,指出测量工作人员须对房屋测量工作重要性应有着较为充分的认识,以高度责任心严格落实相关测量标准,选择合理的测量方法,保障房屋测量科学、规范、准确,确保测量数据、计算结果与实际高度一致,为实现房屋产权登记准确性提供有效保障,加强对房产测量中房屋面积计算的严格监督管理,严格按照相关测量技术规范与测量标准,因地制宜地采用合适的测量方式方法实现对房屋面积的准确计算,为保障交易双方合法权益,推动我国房地产行业的稳定有序发展提供保障。The paper overviews the importance of housing area measurement,of which staff must have a full understanding,with a high sense of responsibility,measurers must confirm and follow relevant standards and choose reasonable measurement methods to ensure scientific,standard and accurate housing measurement and data and calculation very close to actual height,so as to ensure the accuracy of housing property rights registration and traders’interests and promote healthy and sustainable development of the real estate industry in China.
