摘  要:心肌梗死指因长时间心肌缺血引起的心肌细胞死亡,是造成心血管病死亡的主要原因之一。自噬是真核细胞利用自身溶酶体对受损细胞器等细胞组分进行降解的一种现象,近年来自噬已成为防治心肌梗死的研究热点。目前研究发现,PI3K-AKT-mTOR与AMPK-mTOR信号通路是两条关键的参与自噬调控的信号通路,部分中药单体与复方通过调控这两条信号通路激活巨噬细胞、心肌细胞等细胞自噬,发挥稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块、减轻心肌缺血损伤等作用。本文述评了中药调控心肌梗死相关细胞自噬的研究现状,以期为心肌梗死的治疗及中药药效机制研究提供新思路。Myocardial infarction,one of the leading cause of cardiovascular death,is defined as myocardial cell death caused by prolonged ischemia.Autophagy is a biological process in which eukaryotic cells degrade damaged organelles and other cell components by autolysosomes.In recent years,autophagy has become a research hotspot in the prevention and treatment of myocardial infarction.PI3K-Akt-mTOR and AMPK-mTOR signaling pathways are two critical signaling pathways of autophagy.Current studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)monomer and compound can stabilize atherosclerotic plaques and reduce myocardial ischemia injury by activating autophagy of macrophages and cardiomyocytes via these signaling pathways.This review summarizes the research progress of TCM regulating autophagy of myocardial infarction cells,so as to provide new insights for the research of pharmacodynamic mechanism of TCM.
