摘 要:目的 探讨成就动机与知识分享在护理本科实习生成长需求强度与创新能力间的中介作用,为护理本科实习生创新能力培养提供理论指导。方法 采用一般资料调查表、中文版成长需求强度量表、成就动机量表、知识分享量表、创新能力量表对某三级甲等医院的213名护理本科实习生进行调查,使用Mplus 8.0构建结构方程模型,分析护理本科实习生成长需求强度、成就动机、知识分享及创新能力间的关系并进行检验。结果 护理本科实习生成长需求强度得分为(29.40±3.41)分,成就动机得分为(7.20±1.80)分,知识分享得分为(42.34±5.28)分,创新能力得分为(35.90±4.55)分,4个变量间两两呈正相关(均P<0.001)。构建中介模型发现,成长需求强度对创新能力的直接效应显著(β=0.323,P<0.001),同时,成长需求强度还可通过三条路径的间接作用影响创新能力,包括成就动机的独立中介作用(β=0.109,P=0.007)、知识分享行为的独立中介作用(β=0.197,P<0.001)、成就动机与知识分享行为的链式中介效应(β=0.022,P=0.008),中介效应占总效应的50.38%。结论 成就动机与知识分享在护理本科实习生成长需求强度与创新能力间发挥了中介作用,可通过引导护理本科实习生成就动机,提供知识分享条件以提高其创新能力。Objective To explore the mediating roles of achievement motivation and knowledge sharing between the growth needs strength and innovation ability of undergraduate nursing interns. Methods A survey was conducted on 213 undergraduate nursing interns from a tertiary hospital in Hubei Province by the general information questionnaire,the Growth-need Strength,the Achievement Motive Scale,the Knowledge Sharing Scale,and the Innovation Capability Scale. A structural equation model was constructed using Mplus 8.0 to analyze the relationship between the growth needs strength,achievement motivation,knowledge sharing behavior,and innovation capatility of nursing students. Results The intensity of growth needs strength of students was scored as(29.40±3.41),achievement motivation was scored as(7.20±1.80),knowledge sharing was scored as(42.34 ±5.28),and innovation capability was scored as(35.90±4.55). There were positive correlations among the four(P<0.001). The mediation model revealed that the direct effect of growth needs strength on innovativeness was significant(β=0.323,P<0.001).Besides,growth needs strength could also affect innovativeness through three pathways:the independent mediating effect of achievement motivation(β=0.109,P=0.007),the independent mediating effect of knowledge sharing(β=0.197,P<0.001),and the chain mediating effect of achievement motivation and knowledge sharing(β=0.022,P=0.008),with the mediating effects accounting for 50.38% of the total effects. Conclusion Achievement motivation and knowledge sharing play a mediating role between undergraduate nursing interns’ growth needs strength and innovation capability,and their innovation capability can be improved by guiding undergraduate nursing interns’ achievement motivation and providing knowledge sharing conditions.
